HER PowerShift ("we," "us," and "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through herpowershift.org, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it in plain language.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, for example to request our free guide or a sponsorship packet, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you write in your message. When you join through the signup form on this site, we collect the first name and email address you enter. The form is provided by our email service provider, Flodesk, which stores that information for us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web hosting provider, and any analytics tools we use, may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit.
Outside services that load on this site. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the signup form loads from Flodesk. When you visit, your browser requests those items from Google and Flodesk, which means they receive your IP address and basic device information.
How we use your information
- To send you our free guide and, if you choose to join, updates about M2 events, new resources, and our vetted provider list.
- To reply to your messages and sponsorship inquiries.
- To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and send email, such as our web host (GoDaddy) and our email service provider (Flodesk). They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Please don't send us medical information. HER PowerShift is an independent, non-clinical resource hub. We can't give medical advice, and we ask that you not send health records or personal medical details by email or through this site. Children
This site is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other places, such as our Instagram page. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
